This collaborative initiative aims to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy, focusing on the development of green hydrogen industrial projects.

Aligned with Spain's Hydrogen and Biogas Roadmaps and the European Union's decarbonization targets, Enagás Renovable has already launched several pioneering initiatives. These include Spain's first industrial green hydrogen plant in Lloseta (Mallorca), as well as the ongoing development of projects exceeding 300 MW of capacity, consolidating one of the most ambitious renewable gas platforms in Europe. 

Among its flagship projects is also the “UNUE” biomethane plant in Burgos, the first large-scale biomethane facility in Spain developed by private initiative. 

Exolum, whose corporate name is Exolum Corporation, SA, is a Spanish company dedicated to the transportation and storage of fuel, hydrocarbons, and petroleum products. Its headquarters are in Madrid and it has a network of logistics facilities throughout Spain.

Moeve is an international company with over 11,000 employees, committed to sustainable energy and mobility. Navantia Seanergies is the green energy division of Navantia, created by the Spanish public company to be a global supplier in the green energy sector. Navantia Seanergies develops its activity around two main axes: infrastructure for offshore wind farms and the development of hydrogen as an energy vector. In the latter field, Navantia Seanergies, which has more than 15 years of experience in the development of propulsion systems using hydrogen technologies, seeks to become a leading company in the field of decarbonization of maritime transport, offering low-emission propulsion solutions (in the short and medium term) and zero-emissions in the long term. It also seeks to establish itself in the hydrogen value chain through the manufacture of components such as electrolyzers, a key element in ensuring the development of this technology, and the industrialization of generation plants, whether in coastal or offshore environments. For the assembly of electrolyzers, Navantia Seanergies has highly qualified equipment and facilities with experience in complex assembly and machining processes commonly used in the naval, nuclear, and wind energy sectors. Navantia has been involved in the SHYNE initiative since 2022, where it plays a key role as a Promoter, leveraging the naval sector to promote this technology.

Repsol is a global multi-energy company leading the energy transition and has set a goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. It is present throughout the energy value chain, with 24,000 employees, distributes its products in more than 90 countries, and has 24 million customers. Repsol can meet any consumer energy need with customer-focused solutions. It produces an average of approximately 550,000 barrels of oil per day and has one of the most efficient refining systems in Europe. Since 1942, Talgo has been the leading company in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of high-speed light rail trains, with an industrial presence in Spain, Germany, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United States, among other countries. The company, the main supplier of Renfe's high- and very high-speed trains, is recognized worldwide for its innovative capacity, distinctive unique technology, and reliability. It is also the train supplier for the high-speed "Haramain" railway project between Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia and the manufacturer chosen by German operator Deutsche Bahn and Danish operator DSB to decarbonize their mobility with Talgo 230 long-distance trains.

Founded in Zaragoza in 1954, Calvera Hydrogen is the leading company and pioneer in the European hydrogen industry. This initiative was launched by the Government of Aragon in 2003 with the support of the administration, Aragonese industry, and organizations from various sectors. Today, it is supported by a board of trustees comprised of 88 members, key to the Aragonese economy. The National Center for Experimentation in Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies (CNH2) is a national research center focused on promoting scientific and technological research in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, covering the entire value chain of the sector, serving the entire scientific, technological, and industrial community. CNH2 was created in 2007 as a public consortium between the Ministry of Education and Science, currently the Ministry of Science and Innovation, and the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, with a stake of 50% each. Its headquarters are located in Puertollano (Ciudad Real). CNH2 is currently participating in 22 national projects, 8 European projects, and provides services to various companies. It also collaborates in the development of regulations and carries out outreach and dissemination tasks.

The Galician Automotive Technology Center (CTAG) is an entity created to offer advanced technological solutions to the automotive and mobility sector. It supports industries in the sector in general in their modernization and adaptation to new technologies in their products and manufacturing processes. CTAG is recognized as a Technology Center by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and has strategic alliances with other technology centers and companies. It is a member of numerous national and European associations such as SERNAUTO, ERTICO, EARTO, and others, and actively participates in national and European R&D projects related to smart and sustainable mobility.

Nordex Electrolyzers is a Spanish company dedicated to the development and manufacture of pressurized alkaline electrolyzers. Founded in 2022 as a joint venture between the Nordex Group—one of the world's leading wind turbine manufacturers—and SODENA, a public company of the Government of Navarre, it has an R&D center in Puertollano and a manufacturing plant and test bench in Navarre. The IMDEA Energy Institute is a research center created by the Regional Government of the Community of Madrid in 2006 as a non-profit foundation. The Scientific Program aims to contribute to the future establishment of a sustainable and decarbonized energy system that is economically competitive and guarantees energy supply.

IBIL H2, in partnership with REPSOL and VE (Basque Energy Agency), will develop hydrogen logistics and supply with a new business structure that will store, transport, supply, and dispense compressed H2. Its short-term goal is to boost hydrogen mobility by establishing one logistics center and two hydrogen refueling stations in 2026, as the foundation for business development. Its long-term objective is the optimized management of hydrogen projects to achieve high-quality operation and service, provide technological support to third parties, and contribute to the decarbonization of transport and industrial processes.

Alpiq Energy Spain It has been part of the Alpiq Group for over 25 years. In the Spanish market, it operates one of the key plants for flexible energy production: the Plana del Vent combined cycle gas turbine power plant, located in Tarragona.

Plana del Vent is a highly flexible and efficient installation, capable of supplying energy when the system requires it, thus contributing to the stability and security of the electricity supply.

The experience gained in managing this power plant allows the company to offer specialized services to owners of other energy facilities, optimizing both their operation and their positioning in the different electricity markets to maximize their value.

It has a team with extensive experience in renewables, process industries, and oil and gas, complemented by the capabilities of its shareholder, White Summit Capital, to structure the capital and financing solutions required for the projects.

H2GREEM It is a Spanish technology company specializing in the design and manufacture of PEM electrolyzers using its own technology. It develops modular and scalable solutions for renewable hydrogen production, tailored to small and medium-scale projects. Its activities range from engineering and construction to the operation and maintenance of the systems.

HVR Energy develops and operates hydrogen distribution infrastructure for mobility, accelerating the decarbonization of transportation by deploying hydrogen supply solutions wherever they are needed.

 

We combine engineering, operations, and financing to enable public and private fleets to adopt hydrogen quickly and easily. Our team has experience in real-world projects and a portfolio of initiatives supported by European and national programs.

We work with service stations and industrial partners to integrate refueling points into existing sites and build a network of stations along TEN-T corridors. We operate a turnkey service approach for customers (including operation and maintenance) and have public support for the deployment of 25 stations by 2027 and a roadmap for 75 stations by 2030.

All4Zero It is a private, multi-sectoral and non-profit industrial technology innovation hub, unique in Spain, driven by ArcelorMittal, Holcim, Iberia and Repsol, together with other leading companies in different sectors, who join in this pioneering initiative, motivated by a common goal: to accelerate the development of disruptive technologies and projects that contribute to decarbonization and the circular economy.
