Data retention: We will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill any of the aforementioned purposes. In particular, we will process your data for behavioral advertising purposes for a maximum period of fourteen months, without prejudice to your right to revoke your consent. Subsequently, your personal data will be retained under a locked status for the sole purpose of addressing any legal liability. Finally, your personal data will be permanently destroyed.
Rights of interested parties: You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, to restrict data processing, to the portability of your personal data, and to not be subject to decisions based solely on automated data processing. Furthermore, you have the right, in particular, to object at any time to processing based on the existence of a legitimate business interest and to withdraw any consent previously granted. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at any time.
